FURNITURE RENTAL SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Rental Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made effective as of 05/30/2026 (the “Effective Date”) between: Staging Warehouse Inc., a corporation duly registered under the laws of Ontario (“Company”),

and (“Client”), for the property located at:(“Property”).

WHEREAS the Client is preparing the Property for sale and wishes to rent certain furniture and accessories from Staging Warehouse Inc., the parties agree as follows:

1. Rental Term

The standard rental period includes 45 consecutive days from the date of delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Liability and Use of Property

All furniture, décor, accessories, rugs, bedding, and related items provided remain the sole property of Staging Warehouse Inc. The Client agrees:

  • To use all rental items strictly for display and staging purposes only.
  • Not to use the furniture for personal, residential, commercial, or any purpose other than property staging.
  • To maintain the items in good condition during the rental period.
The Client shall be fully responsible for:
  • Any loss, theft, damage, or destruction of Company property.
  • Any excessive wear beyond normal staging use.
In such cases, the Client agrees to pay the Fair Market Value of the affected items.

3. Failure to Return Property

If the rental items are not returned or made available for pickup within seven (7) days following the agreed end date:
  • The Company is authorized to charge late rental fees.
  • The Company may charge the Fair Market Value of the items.
  • Such charges may be processed against the Client’s credit card on file without additional authorization.

4. Release and Waiver of Liability

The Client acknowledges that all rental items are provided for display purposes only. Staging Warehouse Inc. shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or property damage arising directly or indirectly from:
  • Delivery or installation
  • Placement or removal of furniture
  • Any use of rental items
The Client assumes all associated risks.

5. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is due prior to delivery.
  • Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, or Electronic Money Transfer (EMT).
  • A valid credit card must remain on file for the duration of the agreement.
Regardless of the sale, termination, or listing status of the Property, the Client remains responsible for full payment of the agreed rental term.
If a credit card charge is declined and payment is not received by the end of the same business day:
  • A $50 late fee will apply.
  • A $10 administrative fee will apply.

6. Extension Option

If the Property requires an extended staging period:
  • A 5-week renewal is available at 60% of the original quoted rental rate.
  • Payment for renewal is due within two (2) calendar days of extension confirmation.
  • No refunds or prorated adjustments will be issued if the property sells during the renewal period.
The Company will make reasonable efforts to notify the Client via email or text four (4) days prior to the renewal date.
It remains the Client’s responsibility to confirm renewal intentions in writing before the expiration date.
If no written notice is received, a 15-day renewal charge may automatically be applied to the credit card on file.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

  • All changes must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to delivery.
  • Cancellation of delivery or pickup within 24 hours will result in a $150 fee.
  • Same-day or on-site cancellations will also incur a $150 fee.

By signing below, I authorize Staging Warehouse Inc. to:
  • Charge additional 30-day or 15-day rental extensions as applicable.
  • Charge late fees or administrative fees if incurred.
  • Charge the Fair Market Value for any damaged, lost, or stolen property.
  • Process renewal charges if no written cancellation is received prior to expiration.
I understand it is my responsibility to ensure sufficient credit availability for authorized charges. By signing below, I confirm that:
  • I am the authorized cardholder.
  • I have read and agreed to the Rental Service Agreement.
  • I accept full responsibility under the terms outlined above.
