We deliver throughout the GTA, including Milton, Mississauga, Brampton, Caledon, Toronto, Etobicoke, Vaughan, Markham, Scarborough, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Welland, Cambridge, Kitchener, and Waterloo. If your city isn’t listed, please contact us to confirm availability.

There is no minimum order requirement. Whether you need one piece or a full home setup, we’re happy to assist. Orders under $400 must be picked up.

Our standard furniture rental agreement is for 45 days.

Rental extensions are available in 4-week increments at 50% of the original rental price.

Orders can be held for up to 3 business days without a deposit. To guarantee availability, orders should be finalized no later than 2 business days before your requested delivery date.

Our standard turnaround time is 48 business hours. If scheduling permits, we may accommodate same-day or next-day deliveries. Please note that rush deliveries may be subject to an additional fee.

Payment is due on the day of delivery and will be processed using the credit card provided in your contract. We also accept e-transfer, credit card, or cash on delivery.

We understand plans change.
Cancellations made at least 48 business hours prior to delivery incur no charge. Cancellations made after 12:00 PM on the business day before delivery, or on the day of delivery, will result in:
• 15% restocking fee
• Missed delivery fee
• 3% credit card processing fee (if payment was processed)

Delivery charges vary by location and typically range between $120–$300 (round trip).

Someone must be present at the property to receive the furniture. If unavailable, a lockbox code must be provided. Our team will notify you upon arrival and once the delivery is complete.

Yes, weekend delivery is available, particularly during peak seasons such as spring, early summer, and fall. Availability depends on scheduling, so please contact us to confirm.

Yes. You may return up to $100 worth of unused items at the time of delivery with no additional charge.

Our rental pricing is based on the full 45-day term. As each order requires preparation, inspection, and scheduling, refunds are not provided for early returns.

All rental furniture is intended strictly for display and staging purposes to enhance the property’s presentation. Personal use of rental items is not permitted.
